Hideo Kojima'nın Physint'i PlayStation 6'da 5-6 yıl daha piyasaya sürülmeyecek

In a recent interview with the French magazine Le Film français, Hideo Kojima revealed that his upcoming game, Physint, won’t see the light of day for at least another 5–6 years. That means the release is slated for the 2030s, right in the middle of the PlayStation 6’s life cycle. The project is being developed in partnership with Sony and Columbia Pictures.
Kojima started working on Physint after falling ill during the COVID era. He realized fans wanted something reminiscent of Metal Gear, and decided to bring this project to life while he still has the energy and inspiration to do so. Kojima describes Physint as both a video game and a movie—possibly in the vein of Remedy’s Quantum Break, blending interactive gameplay with cinematic elements.
According to Kojima, Physint will be something truly unique—an experience unlike anything before it. The project is also expected to feature some high-profile actors.
Kojima emphasized that age is catching up with him, and he wants to accomplish everything he’s envisioned while he still can.
As a reminder, Death Stranding 2 is set to launch on PlayStation 5 on June 26. The game has already gone gold. Interestingly, Kojima also mentioned in his interview that a film adaptation of Death Stranding is scheduled for release in 2027.
