Renowned insider and Windows Central editor Jez Corden suggested in a tweet that a remaster of Fallout: New Vegas could be released after Fallout 3. So far, this information is unofficial and has not been confirmed.

Commenting on recent leaks about the Fallout 3 remaster, Jez Corden wrote on social media: “dw nv is coming too”, meaning “don’t worry, New Vegas is coming too.” Considering that the journalist is well-informed about the inner workings of Microsoft’s gaming studios and previously reported on Oblivion Remastered long before its announcement, New Vegas fans can hope for an upcoming update to the classic title.

Online speculation suggests that a Fallout: New Vegas remaster would logically be released after Fallout 3, but no official dates or confirmations from the developers have been provided.

Earlier, new information about the Fallout 3 re-release emerged: the project is reportedly being built in the style of Oblivion Remastered using Unreal Engine 5, while retaining the logic of the original engine. Todd Howard also hinted that something related to the Fallout universe is indeed in development.

Today, Bethesda announced upcoming updates for Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition, aimed at fixing issues from the latest release. Meanwhile, the original developers of Fallout: New Vegas currently have no plans for a sequel.
