The creators of the Netflix series adaptation of The Witcher decided to use not only book sources, but also game sources. In the fourth season of the show, a character from The Witcher from CD Projekt RED will appear.
According to the Redanian Intelligence portal, the series will introduce viewers to Roderick de Wett. Gamers may remember him as a knight of the Order of the Flaming Rose and advisor to King Foltest, who played an important role in the story of Princess Adda. The character never appeared in the books and was completely invented by the developers of The Witcher for the plot of the game.
Roderick de Wett will take part in one of the episodes of The Witcher Season 4. What the character's role will be is unclear, but it is unlikely that he will show himself from a positive side. The knight was played by actor Jack Myers, known for the series Say Nothing and Masters of the Air.
The Witcher Season 4 is scheduled to premiere this year.
