This retro-styled 2D MMO combines role-playing action and building in a shared world created by players. In 8BitMMO, players can construct houses, castles, towns, and dungeons, or found and manage a town of their own. The persistent world streams in as it is explored, without loading screens.
Players can customize their characters, fight enemies including LawyerCats, and take part in PvP battles. A character can also become a zombie by eating other players’ brains. Several systems are in place to protect players from griefing.
