An isometric arcade shooter with RPG elements, Alien Shooter 2 continues the Alien Shooter series with battles against large numbers of monsters. Players complete a 17-mission campaign, choosing a character with special abilities and improving their attributes. The game also features Survival and Gun Stand modes, in which players fend off advancing enemies with military weapons and upgrade their equipment during combat.
The arsenal includes more than 50 weapon types, allowing enemies to be burned or frozen, along with over 20 gadgets such as radars, medkits and combat drones. Up to 100 monsters can appear on screen at once, and maps feature weather effects including fog and rain.
