Set in the town of Lorwich, this third-person action horror game follows four heroes as they face creatures emerging from beyond the realm of nightmares and battle the servants of the Old Ones. Inspired by the writing of H. P. Lovecraft, the game features four campaigns set across the town and deep beneath it.

Players can choose the Hunter, Witch, Priest, or Engineer, each with distinct weapons, skills, and abilities. The campaigns can be played alone or in co-op with teams of different sizes. Light creates safe zones and damages enemies, while interactive environmental puzzles let players alter the map and continue their progress.
