This tactical action shooter with strategy elements follows a fight against a criminal conspiracy threatening the nation’s capital. In New York City, mobsters set three waves of crime and corruption in motion, while the police fall under their control. A commander must operate outside the law and lead a team of specialists to stop them.
Before a series of 20 missions, the player selects operatives from a group of 50 and directs each squad member independently. The team can include snipers and ballistic, tactical, and technical specialists, and its operations are carried out in secrecy.
