Blast-off is an arcade action game combining jumping, running and shooting. The hero is a ball of antimatter trying to leave the universe while avoiding contact with ordinary matter, which would annihilate it. Breaking through space-time requires building up speed and overcoming obstacles.
Players jump, shoot, dodge enemies, collect shields and use active and passive abilities. The difficulty increases with each level, while the available skills can be combined to suit the player’s approach. Challenges include boss battles and overcoming the pull of black holes; the game also features an endless competitive mode and four locations.
