Set in the fantasy world of Warhammer, Blood Bowl combines American football with tactical clashes on the field. Players build a team from orcs, elves, humans, dwarfs and other fantasy creatures, then compete in matches in brutal arenas.
The game offers two modes: real-time matches and a turn-based mode that reproduces the rules of the Blood Bowl tabletop game. Teams block opponents, dodge tackles, cast spells and use dirty tricks. Tactical setups are available through the interface, and the AI can manage players on the field.
