This real-estate strategy game centers on building, buying, and selling houses in different towns to earn money from deals and rent. Players can flip properties for quick returns or keep them to collect rental income.
Career mode sets goals and asks players to help local mayors with projects such as building a cinema, an ice rink, or a bowling alley. Casual mode lets players improve a neighborhood at their own pace. Houses can be upgraded, and available structures include museums, mansions, and castles.
