de Blob is a platform action game about restoring color to a city that the INKT Corporation wants to drain of it. The blob rolls and bounces through the streets, crushes Leech Bots that extract color, and uses the pigment they carry to paint buildings and other objects it touches.
In the campaign, players explore the city, take on challenges, and solve puzzles. Completing challenges earns points and extra time, unlocks further tasks, and helps liberate city districts. Sprint challenges focus on a single skill-based objective; replaying them can improve the result and unlock content in the Art Gallery. The game also features split-screen multiplayer for two to four competitors.
