This hunting action game sends players around the world to track animals, including species believed to be extinct. The quarry includes white-tailed deer, wolves, Irish elk, and woolly rhinos; some encounters become battles against formidable creatures such as saber-toothed cats, Gastornis, and the T-Rex.
Players choose from weapons including sniper rifles, crossbows, and high-powered shotguns, then take on challenges based on hunting techniques. Successful hunts award bonuses such as health packs and ammunition, while skill points provide an advantage in specific hunts. The animals have distinct behaviors and can pose a threat to the hunter.
