A rhythm game about the secretive Elite Beat Agents, whose members help people overcome problems through song and dance. Commander Kahn sends the agents to assist those in trouble, with each stage telling a separate story, from helping a lost dog find its way home to a babysitter trying to charm a football player.
As each song plays, the player taps on-screen markers, traces paths and keeps the rhythm. Performance affects how the story unfolds: sections are judged along the way, and the final result determines how the episode ends.
