Fishing Kings is a sports game about angling in locations around the world. The player chooses a fishing spot, selects tackle and bait, casts a line, hooks a fish and tries to reel it in as it struggles. The game features five locations, each with three fishing spots, ranging from the Bahamas to the Amazon River and New Zealand’s Waikato River.
There are 33 fish species to catch, including bass, piranhas, golden dorados and marlins. An underwater camera shows fish during the fight, while an in-game diary provides information about the different species. Achievements unlock entries in a Gameloft LIVE! profile, and high scores count toward the title of Best Fisher.
