Garrison: Archangel is a mecha fighting game built around anime-style duels and team battles between piloted combat robots. Players assemble a custom Archangel by choosing its components, weapons, and the colors of individual parts, then fight opponents across a variety of arenas.
In Missions mode, a mercenary pilot known as a Ghost takes part in the conflict on Baja Secunda, interacts with different factions, and earns money and fame to unlock parts and cosmetic items. Other options include Arcade, Survival, Horde, and Custom Game modes, where rules, teams, and match settings can be adjusted; local matches support up to four players.
