Harvest Moon — Each game always begins with the fact that a certain character takes ownership of an old abandoned farm and now must revive it almost from scratch. In this case, the player does not control the farm itself, but rather the main character, moves him around locations, performs the necessary work with his help, etc. Events take place in real time; during the daytime, the character must have time to do all the planned things, since work is at night disrupts the regime and negatively affects health. While working, the character gets tired — periodically it is necessary to restore strength by resting in hot springs or eating food, otherwise the farmer may lose consciousness and be forced to spend the whole day in the hospital. A controlled farm is usually located inside a certain village, where many other characters live, there is a store, a forge, a church, a library and other useful places.
