This construction and management simulation, based on the film Jurassic World, is set on the fictional islands of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna. The player builds facilities and decorations, populates the park with dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals, and completes character-assigned missions to expand the grounds and increase revenue.
In turn-based battles, animals fight opponents using action points and exploiting their weaknesses; opposing creatures are controlled by artificial intelligence. New ranks unlock buildings and battle stages, while card packs can contain rare species, missions, or in-game currency. Dinosaurs can be fused into hybrids, which can then be enhanced with specific DNA. The park also has aquatic and Cenozoic sections.
