A strategy game about fighting waves of red insects on a grid, where movement also determines how the player attacks. Each tile turns the character into a different weapon: a hammer smashes an enemy in front, blades strike foes on either side, and an arrow propels the character through an opponent. Other tiles repair damage, teleport across the grid, or strip armour from tougher enemies.
Between waves, the player reshapes the grid, while killing insects earns upgrades for its tiles. Tile types can be cross-bred to combine their properties, and upgrades can be stacked: an arrow paired with acid can pierce armour, while a hammer combined with blades can hit several enemies without moving. Choosing and combining tiles forms the basis of the game’s tactics.
