Sony'nin 7. nesil oyun sistemlerine ait ilk taşınabilir oyun platformu. Oyunseverler tarafından, satışlarının 2011 yılı Haziran sonu itibarıyla 72,99 milyon adede ulaştığı muhteşem oyun sayısı ile en çok sevilen. Beş farklı varyasyonda (Slim, Lite, Bright, Go ve Street) mevcuttur. Oyunlar, PlayStation Store hizmeti ve UMD sürücüsü aracılığıyla indirilir. PSP için hit oyunlar, konsola 8 yıl boyunca uzun bir ömür sağladı. PSP için en iyi oyun ise Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories oldu.
