Set in the fantasy kingdom of Ancaria, this action role-playing game follows a hero facing orcs, undead, demons, and dragons. Most of the world is open to explore from the outset, with towns, forests, mountains, deserts, and catacombs, as well as changing weather and a day-night cycle. The journey includes main, side, and dynamic quests.
Players choose a hero, fight with weapons and magic, learn combat arts, develop skills, and collect equipment to customize attack combos. Sacred Gold brings together Sacred, Sacred Plus, and Sacred Underworld. The additional content introduces new regions, quests, items, and enemy types, while Underworld lets players import a character from the main game.
