Silent Hill: Orphan — In Chapter 1, the player takes control of Ben, an orphan who once lived in this orphanage. Thirty years ago, while still in the orphanage, he was lucky to survive the night when almost all the teachers and children mysteriously died. After so many years, he decided to return to the institution, hoping to find out what really happened. While exploring the orphanage, he suddenly heard a human scream coming from the ventilation shaft. The screamer turned out to be a girl named Karen, locked in a closet where she doesn't remember how she got there. Ben decides to save her. Along the way, he finds a strange red symbol in the bathroom. Soon the asylum transforms into its otherworldly form, full of blood, grotesque interiors and monsters. Continuing his search for the storage room, Ben finds documents stating that he was diagnosed with cancer as a child. He eventually finds an old shower room where he is attacked.
