This arcade action-platformer based on The Simpsons follows a chase after Smithers and Mr. Burns, who have kidnapped Maggie. Players control one of the Simpson family members and make their way through eight familiar Springfield locations. The game supports cooperative play for up to four players, either online or locally.
Quarters Mode recreates the arcade version’s more challenging experience. Survival Mode allows only one life, while Free Play Mode provides unlimited continues. The Japanese version includes new weapons, higher scores and a slightly different ending; it also comes with original flyers and posters made for the game.
