This fantasy wargame follows the invasion of Galanor by the Shadowlord, ruler of the Northern Shadowlands. The player must rally Galanor’s free forces and halt the advance of the invader and his Demons of Chaos.
Campaigns use strategic and tactical maps, with fortresses, varied terrain and enemy forces that are nearly invisible. Ancient battle magic and powerful Rune Rings are central to the conflict: mastering spells and controlling the Rings are essential to defeating the Shadowlord. The game features three difficulty levels and a computer-controlled opponent.
