Star Realms is a space-combat strategy game built around gradually assembling a deck of cards. It combines deckbuilding with combat inspired by trading card games: players acquire new cards and use them in battles against an opponent.
Matches can be played against AI opponents, as part of a mission campaign, or against other players. The AI offers multiple difficulty settings, while the multiplayer options include local pass-and-play and online matches with friends or opponents from around the world. Online play also features global rankings.
