This real-time strategy game follows the struggle for control of the oceans after a comet devastates Earth and humanity retreats beneath the sea. The survivors establish underwater bases, while the human factions known as the White Sharks and Black Octopi and the alien Silicons compete for dominance.
Players choose from three civilizations, gather resources, research technologies and deploy armies. The three-dimensional underwater maps span five depth levels and feature mountain ranges, caves, cliffs and tunnels. Units and structures can be concealed in cover or positioned above enemy forces, adding options for attack and defense. A scenario editor and random mission generator provide additional ways to play.

Esasen, bu oyunun geliştiricileri kendi StarCraft'larını Blackjack ile birleştirmeye karar vermişler... yani denizaltılar ve okyanusla. O zamanlar gerçekten beğenmiştim, ama denge bozuk. Zerg'in karşılığı, sanırım Silikoidler veya benzeri bir şey, tamamen işe yaramaz ve iki teknolojik ırk, örneğin StarCraft'ın aksine, birbirlerinden çok farklı değil, ancak oyunun kendine özgü bir cazibesi var.
По сути разработчики сей игры решили сделать свой старкрафт с блэк дж... т.е. с субмаринами и океаном. Вообще мне понравилась в свое время, но баланс нарушен, аналог зергов, помоему силикоиды или как то так, вообще никчемны, а 2 технологические расы мало чем от друг друга отличаются, в отличии от того же СК, но в игре есть своя изюменка
