This team-based first-person shooter revolves around fast rounds and completing objectives on each map. Teams can plant or defuse bombs, rescue hostages, hack important assets and escape, or instead eliminate the opposing squad or wait for the round timer to run out.
At the start of a round, players spend money earned in the previous one on weapons, armor and grenades. Combat allows jumping, crouching, swimming and climbing ladders, while three inventory slots let players switch weapons as needed. TO4: Tactical Operations focuses on multiplayer matches against other players, with an in-game server browser for finding servers.
