Vietcong: Purple Haze — you move forward through the thick, oppressive heat. Your erratic heartbeat and increased breathing are all that escape the hostile silence. Sweat rolls down your face as the all-too-familiar vibration breaks your concentration. You turn to face the threat as the rookie fires a wild burst of fire into the trees ahead. The jungle turns into a fiery deathtrap with the roar of automatic weapons cutting through the incoherent cries of your men.
