Set in the ancient Far East, this role-playing game follows a young warrior who travels to the capital to prepare for a martial arts contest held by the royal court. As events unfold, the protagonist learns of rivalries within the court, an evil cult and competing claims to power, and must choose which side to support.
Players develop five attributes, select talents, train, learn techniques from other masters and earn money through various jobs. Encounters can reward items, teach skills or help build relationships with more than 20 characters. Combat calls for studying opponents’ fighting rhythms, and the cast includes characters from Fate Seeker and Tale of Wuxia.
