Platformer
En eski video oyunu türlerinden biri olan platform oyunu, özel bir oyun süreci ile karakterizedir. Oyuncu, seviyede hareket eden, "platformlar" üzerinde zıplayan, merdivenlerden tırmanan, nesneleri toplayan ve düşmanlarla savaşan bir karakteri kontrol eder. Düşmanların zekası genellikle ya zayıftır ya da tamamen yoktur.
